This website belongs to the owners of the villas presented here referred to as PERISTERONA CYPRUS VILLAS. For any problem or question please contact us directly, either by filling out the contact form or by phone or fax which are also published on the contact page.

After you have sent us a request (online or offline) we will contact you back ASAP for availability / total price. Email is the prefered contact method.

Please note that your booking will not be guaranteed until we have received your down payment (30%) and we have sent you our Reservation Confirmation.

After a booking deal (and costs paid in full) you will receive via email a map and directions for reaching the villa you have booked.

There is a minimum of "1-week rental period" for a villa rental to be dealed.

Up on request Baby Cots and Extra Beds may supplied.

Between 1st of November and 31st of March a complimentary car is offered for the duration of the rental period. This is 1 small car (B-category) to be selected by Peristerona Cyprus Villas.

Cancellations:

A pre-payment 30% of total price is required to activate RESERVATION. The full amount must be paid one month before the rental starts. For every payment is sent out a receipt. Cancellation penalties might be different depending on the kind of villa you have chosen. However, a general “cancellation table” is given below.

Security deposit:
A security deposit CY£100,- must be paid in cash directly to us (villa owner) when arriving at the property. This deposit will be refunded at the end of the rental period, when inspection of the property took place, less any additional expenses such as breakages or damage.
